The First Day.

Today was my first day of radiation treatment.
Zapped with 180 centigrade’s that took 8 minutes !

In that eight minutes I requested and got a wonderful dose of Slayer and Anthrax piped in loud, yes loud enough to scare the hell out of the average human let  alone any cancer cells. Yeh I visualized those double bass drums and armor piercing guitar riffs in a glorious slaughter festival , leaving a field of dead cancer cells in their wake.

I will be receiving a total of 4500 centigrades in my 8 weeks here.

Spoke with the techs that I do documentary film and am documenting my journey in this world of cancer. They said it was totally cool to shoot stills as well as video of the “machine” and yours truly in it. So that’ll be coming soon.

Afterwards Kristina and I went and enrolled at “ Body Scape “ gym. I’ll be taking the Navy Seal core training. Wanted to enroll in a boxing regiment but this looks cool and a great start.

I feel great, probably better than I have in a long time. Dropped 17 pounds so far with my new regiment of vegan/vegetarian ( almost ), no beer and lots of exercise. 

Of course the one caveat : I have cancer and it’s serious with no guarantee’s.
